A seasoned consulting executive with 20+ years of leadership experience, Heather is the captain of the Q Consulting ship, guiding our success and growth.
Heather is passionate about building high-performing teams, and has played a key role in developing her previous company from 0 to 1800 consultants by driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional results, and leading teams to success.
Heather is known for her strong leadership skills, collaborative approach, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. She has a passion for people development and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she was also on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience Program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and watching her kids in their various sporting endeavors.
